4 years doing anything is a lot, but it is hard to comprehend how many memories can be made in 4 years until reflecting back. As a senior, I have started going through my photos from the last 4 years and seen so many amazing memories that I have made and as I wrap up my time here I thought I would share my favorite memories. Pictures truly do speak louder than a million words could.

Freshmen Year

This is the only photo I have from my freshmen year. While I started BBYO in 8th grade, I consider my first year to have been my freshmen year. I participated in Big/Little and went to my first convention which is pictured above. I fell in love with the silliness of BBYO. For our convention, we dressed as Adam Sandler and I truly felt integrated into the whole chapter by our upperclassmen. It was also at this convention that I was convinced to go on CLTC.

CLTC

CLTC is what led me to fall in love with BBYO! I had the time of my life there and met some of my favorite people. If I had not gone on CLTC I would have maybe quit BBYO, but because of CLTC, I found my love for the organization. I went in not knowing anyone and left with so many people who I now consider close friends. I still have an album on my phone dedicated to CLTC.

Sophomore Year

Sophomore year my camera roll began to fill up. I went to more regional conventions and chapter events! I attended my first IC and even steered an Oneg and reconnected with CLTC friends. I joined Press Corps for the first time that year. At the end of my sophomore year, I was elected to serve as chapter Mazkirah.

Junior Year

Junior year my camera transformed from just pictures of me to the smiling faces of the people in my chapter. As chapter Maz I was able to capture every event that happened all year. Now, my camera roll is full of people who inspired me to join the chapter and the people who will keep the chapter going when I leave. I continued my time on Press Corps and went back to IC and had an awesome time.

Senior Year

For my senior year, I got to serve as Morah. I welcomed a new group of MITs as my time in BBYO came to a close. Recently, I inducted our MIT class and got to talk about the physical memories I have collected from BBYO over the years. My camera roll is my digital scrapbook of memories. Even though I have now given life, these photos and memories will live on with me as I move on from BBYO and into a new chapter of my life. I closed my senior year out strong by attending more events than ever and serving a second year as a press corps hub manager. Thank you BBYO for an incredible 4 (and a half) years!
